无症状希腊本土与移民人群的X线胸片检查和结核病人发现
Chest radiography and tuberculosis case-finding in asymptomatic native and immigrant populations in Greece

背景:希腊南部的一家大学医院。目的:对无症状的希腊人及外来移民进行常规胸部X 线检查,以确定结核病的患病率及其它有临床意义的疾病。设计:前瞻性研究。方法:共对4338名无症状者(56.8%为希腊人,43.2%为移民,年龄范围为 18-74 岁)进行胸部 X 线摄片,由两位有经验的胸部 X 线专家独立阅读,记录异常发现。经讨论建立最后的放射线学诊断。对所获结果进行统计学分析。结果:绝大多数(94.7%)胸部 X 线片的报告正常,发现 4 例(0.08%)有临床意义。无一例有活动性结核病描述。移民的陈旧性肺结核发生率高于希腊出生者,但无统计学意义。结论:希腊出生组的低结核病患病率提示无需进行放射学筛选,该项检查可免去。本研究未发现外来移民中结核病率高于希腊本地居民,此发现需经更大范围的前瞻性研究加以证实。
