墨西哥随机盲法复检抗酸杆菌涂片新的外部质量评价指南实验项目结果报告
Evaluation of new external quality assessment guidelines involving random blinded rechecking of acid-fast bacilli smears in a pilot project setting in Mexico

地点:实施国家结核病控制规划中的抗酸菌镜检外部质量保证的墨西哥实验室。包括对本地实验室报告的 100%抗酸菌阳性涂片和 10%阴性涂片的复检。在墨西哥使用非随机和非盲法重检时很少发现错误。目的:对墨西哥两个州的当地结核病实验室一年的实验项目抗酸菌痰涂片随机盲法重检结果进行评价,决定这种方法在以后实施的可行性。设计:为减少误差,来自流行病学诊断与参比研究所国家结核病实验室(InDRE)的工作人员对每个州的当地实验室抗酸菌涂片进行每季度一次的统计学抽样及现场评价。抗酸菌涂片复检在本州的实验室进行,如遇结果不符时上交 InDRE 解决。结果:对抗酸菌涂片进行随机盲法复检比非随机、非盲法重检时发现错误的概率大得多。结论:随机盲法重检可以更加准确地估计抗酸菌涂片镜检的结果,提高诊断及对治疗效果的监测。
