Rapid development of social informationalization and the higher education undertakings leads a great transform and innovation of service ideals, service contents and service styles of library. Humanisational service has become the essense of modem library service, and new trains of thought and new methods of exploring humanisational service constantly is the sacred duty of modem librarians.
