摘要
目的了解首发精神分裂症的听觉P50诱发电位特点,为感觉门理论提供实验室数据。方法应用脑电生理仪,采用听觉条件刺激(S1),测试刺激(S2)模式对66例首发精神分裂症患者和92名正常人作了听觉P50诱发电位检测。结果(1)首发精神分裂症组比正常对照组S1-P50降低(3μV±2μV比6μV±3μV,P<0.01),S2-P50比正常组增高(4μV±2μV比2μV±1μV,P<0.01)。(2)患者P50抑制明显减弱,即S2/S1比值明显增高(42%±21%比81%±40%,P<0.01)。(3)患者S1-S2和100(1-S2/S1)值均下降(3μV±2μV和58%±21%比2μV±1μV和19%±17%,分别为P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论首发精神分裂症的感觉门存在异常,表现为抑制不足,此种异常能通过听觉P50进行定量检测。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of sensory gating P50 of patients with firstepisode schizophrenia. Methods The auditory evoked potentials P50 were recorded in 66 patients (Group Sch) with first-episode schizophrenia and 92 normal controls (Group NC ) by using conditioning/testing paradigm presented with auditory double click stimuli. Results The value of S1-P50 of Group Sch was 3 μV ±2 μV, significantly lower than that of Group NC (6 μV ± 3 μV, P 〈0.01 ). The value of S2-P50 of Group Sch was 4 μV ±2 μV, significantly higher than that of Group NC (2 μV ± 1 μV, P 〈0.01 ). The S2/S1 ratio of Group Sc was 81% ±40%, significantly higher than that of Group NC (42% ±21%, P 〈 0.01 ). The value of S2 - S1 of Group Sch was 2 μV ± 1 μV, significantly lower than that of Group Sch (3 μV ±2 μV). The value of 100 ( 1-S2/S1 ) of Group Sch was 19% ± 17%, significantly lower than that of Group NC (58% ±21%, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Sensory gating deficit exists in the patients with firstepisode schizophrenia, manifested in deficiency of inhibition that can be quantitatively observed by measuring auditory evoked potential PSO.
