热轧双相无缝钢管工艺研究

摘要 低碳锰硅钢热轧无缝钢管在生产工艺流水线上,采用轧后控制冷却和两相区淬火工艺,可获得由铁素作和马氏体组成的两相结构,从而制成热轧双相无缝钢管。另外,热轧双相钢管应用于拔制高强液压缸体,可达到简化工序和节材、节能的双重目的。 Hot rolled seamless steel tube containing low carbon, Mn and Si was heat treated in the tube rolling production line by controlled cooling and quenching in dual phase rigion to obtain the dual phase micro-structure consisted of ferrite and martensite, therefore,the dual phase seamless steel tube was manufactured. The goals of both process simplifing and energy and material saving could be reached by using the hot rolled dual phase seamless steel tube drawn as the body of high strength hydraulic cylinder.
