摘要
全天候车辆监控系统中,对于夜间高速行驶车辆抓拍是一个技术难题,本文阐述了一种基于视频同步技术的图像抓拍灯光补偿系统的解决方案。系统设计中周密计算了补偿灯光的光通量和闪光时间,采用了新的同步技术,即以视频场同步信号为基准定位,保证了来车触发信号、摄像机抓拍信号和闪光灯照明信号三者完全同步。实测数据表明,该系统的性能达到了实用化要求。
