摘要
从纤维增强聚合物的细观结构出发,利用各向异性弹性力学导出计算所需的材料性能参数.在此基础上,采用黏弹性模型分析计算了纤维增强聚合物注塑残余应力并给出了算例.
A used thermoviscelastic model to predict the residual stress in injection molding for fiber-reinforced polymers, and an example is reported to indicate the validity of the model. In the process of simulation, the anisotropy in material properties and fiber orientation state is incorporated into the thermoviscoelastic model according to the micromechanics of polymers.
