摘要
经对Φ76.2mm电焊钢管坯料双面弯曲侧弯成型(一般称W成型)孔型设计中的三种方案进行分析,得出一种较适用于实际生产的W成型孔型设计方案,并将W孔型系统与其他几种孔型系统作了详细比较。
Based on the analysis of the three alternatives for pass design of strip dual-sided incline-curling forming process known as W Forming Process for making of Φ76.2mm welded steel pipes,a choice of the most practical one among the said three W Forming Process pass design solutions is made.In addition,a detailed comparison of the W pass system with some other pass systems is also made here in the article.
