摘要
分析了我国镀锌钢管双引出工艺设备的现状。介绍了星轮齿盘式与螺旋式双引出工艺设备的特点，指出双排螺旋机组的综合指标较高，并对齿盘式双引出机组的磁力辊道及镀后处理设备提出了改进设想。
The current situation of the equipment of the dual-leading out process for steel tube galvanization in the country is investigated and a comparison between features of the star-wheel/toothed disc type line and those of the screw type line is made,pointing out that the dual-row screw type line is better in terms of comprehensive indexes.In addition,measures for improving the magnetic roller table and after-galvanization processing equipment of the toothed disc type dual-leading out line are proposed.
