硫酸水解豆粕制备复合氨基酸的正交试验 被引量:10

摘要 采用L9(34)正交试验方法,对硫酸水解豆粕制备复合氨基酸的工艺条件进行优选,当料酸比为1:4~5、硫酸浓度为20%(w/w)、水解温度为120℃时,可以得到最佳的水解效果;在优选条件下水解度可达到93.5%. Optimization of the cnnditions for sulfuric acid hydrolysis of defatted soybean ( soybean meal) showed that the highest hydrolysis (93.5%) was achieved and most compound amino acids were yielded under the following conditions: the ratio of acid volume to raw material mass 3:1, concentration of sulfuric acid (w/w) 20% and hydrolysis temperature 120℃.
