摘要
以ＭｎＶ钢及ＣｒＭｏ系钢种分别作为Ｎ８０、Ｘ９５级套铣管用钢，采用轧后余热直接淬火＋回火的生产工艺，试制出综合力学性能良好的套铣管。介绍了Ｎ８０级和Ｘ９５级套铣管的主要技术要求、化学成分、生产工艺流程及力学性能。
As a result of a successful trial production,N80 and X95 fishing-bowl pipes with satisfactory comprehensive mechanical properties have been produced with MnV steel and CrMo steels and by means of the process of direct quenching & tempering. Also described here are such main aspects concerning the said pipes as technical specifications, chemical composition,process flow as well as mechanical properties.
