电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铁合金中非主量元素

摘要 介绍了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铁合金中非主量元素的试验条件、测定范围、测定步骤和试验结果。经比较,本法的测定准确度、精度完全符合国家化学分析标准,也和湿化学分析方法的测定结果一致。 The article describes the inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy for determining the non-prime elements in the ferro-alloy,covering such aspects as the test conditions,measurement range for the non-prime elements,operational procedure as well as the test result.A comparison with other analyzing processes for the same purpose shows that the said spectroscopy is capable of providing analytical correctness and accuracy up to relevant Chinese standard with respect to chemical analysis and in compliance with the result of test conducted with corresponding wet chemical analysis process.
