This paper discusses how the blood center to stress blood quality management by way of enhancing the knowledge and quality of staff themselves, establishing the basic guide - lines aimed at overall quality management; meanwhile, taking legality and standardization management and implementing 3 - level management system, as well as introducing international quality management systems are also needed.
