摘要
苏里格气田上古生界储层具有低孔、低渗、低压、非均质强、低产等特点,迫切需要进行储层改造技术攻关.以期提高单井产量和实现经济有效开发。2001年在大量的室内实验研究基础上.开展了CO2增能压裂、大规模压裂等试验,取得了一定的效果,同时也发现大规模压后排液困难、排液周期长、返排率较低的问题。针对此问题,为使苏里格气田整体排液状况进一步得到改善.自2002年起深入开展了一系列的技术攻关.首次对起泡剂的抗吸附性及耐盐性进行了评价分析,其次对液氮最佳拌注比例及拌注工艺进行了优化,形成了苏里格气田特色的液氮工艺技术。本文从排液现状、原因分析、措施原理论证、操作方法、实施效果分析等方面入手,对2001—2003年苏里格气田的排液工艺的发展进行了论述.
Reservoir of Solige Gas Field is characteristic of significant heterogeneity and poor physical properties for its low porosity, permeability and pressure, which caused the low productivity and made it very urgent to make breakthroughs in reservoir stimulation technology to realize a high production rate of single well and economical development of the gas field. Based on plenty of lab experimental study, CO2 and massive fracturing were put to field test. The tests results indicated that massive fracturing presents many problems such as flowback difficulties, long cycle of flowback and low flowback rate. Aiming at these problems, technology breakthrough has been strived for since 2002 to better the overall flowback condition of the gas field. Salt resistance and resistance of adsorption of blistering agent were evaluated and analyzed. Also, the injection proportion and the injection technique of liquefied N2 were optimized. These efforts made SoLiGe Gas Field have its own flowback technique, The development of flowback technique of SoLiGe Gas Field during years from 2001 to 2003 were discussed from aspects of current flowback condition, analysis of causes, principles of the technique, operation method and effect analysis.
