无引导膜状况下自体髂骨游离移植同期种植的骨结合强度测试分析及临床应用 被引量:2

Analysis of Osteointegration Strength Between Autogenous Nonvascular Iliac Bone Graft and Simultaneous Implantation without Guiding Menbrane and its Clinical Application

摘要 目的:探讨无引导膜状况下自体髂骨游离移植同期种植的效果。方法:利用无引导膜状况下自体髂骨游离移植同期种植的动物模型骨结合强度测试分析以及临床应用观察。结果:动物模型骨结合强度测试各组骨结合强度随时间延长而增强,临床应用效果满意。结论:无引导膜状况下自体髂骨游离移植同期种植修复是切实可行的。 To experimentally and clinically study the effectiveness of autogenous monvascular iliac bone graft and simultaneous implantation without guiding membrane.Methods:In animal experiments, osteointegration strength was measured between autogenous nonvascular iliac bone graft and simultaneous implantation without guiding menbrahe. Furthermore, its effectiveness of clinical application was observed. Results: In every animal groups, the osteointegration strength increased with time, and the clinical application is satisfied. Condusions: The method of autogenous nonvascular iliac bone graft and simultaneous implantation without guiding membrane is clinically practicable.
