基台的不同穿龈高度对国人种植磁性覆盖总义齿性能的影响

The Different High Abutment of Implants Influence to Magnetic Overdentures of China People

目的:评估不同穿龈高度的基台对国人种植磁性覆盖总义齿性能的影响。方法:20例无牙颌患者分别按其所用磁性基台穿龈高度(1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5mm)的不同分为四组,按常规修复每一组的种植磁性覆盖总义齿,观察其固位力、基托断裂率、是否影响基台区的排牙等情况。结果:3.5mm穿龈高度的磁性基台在修复种植磁性覆盖总义齿时与1.5、2.5、4.5mm的基台在覆盖率义齿的固位力、基托断裂率以及影响基台区的排牙方面存在高度显著性差异。结论:3.5mm磁性基台可能是国人修复种植磁性覆盖总义齿的较适基台高度。

To study if the different high abutment of implants influence to magnetic overdentures of china people. Methods： 20 patients were divided into four groups according to the different high abutment of implants （1.5,2.5,3.5,4.5mm）, then to restore each group implant- supported magnetic overdentures routine, and observe retention of denture ,fracturing of base,if influence on arranging artificial tooth and so on after placing magnetic attachment respectively. Results： Retention of denture ,fracturing of base ,if influence on arranging artificial tooth of 3.5mm group existed significantly differences（P 〈 0.01）among anther three groups after treatment. Conclusion： It suggests that 3.5mm be appropriate high implants abutment of magnetic overdentures to china people.
