摘要
通过实验,研究了铂活性组分均匀分布于α-Al2O3载体颗粒内部的催化剂在乙苯脱氢-氢氧化反应中的性能。调整焙烧温度至1 400℃,强制通风焙烧可以得到物化性能适宜的载体。采用络合物浸渍法制备的催化剂可以使Pt-Sn紧密地结合在一起,成为对催化剂性能有利的“夹心结构”。寿命试验和催速老化试验结果表明:积炭不是造成催化剂失活的主要原因;催化剂Pt晶粒团聚速率慢,稳定性好。
Catalyst with uniform distribution of Pt activator in α-Al2O3 carrier for oxy-hydrogena- tion of hydrogen in ethylbenzene dehydrogenation was studied. Good physiochemical properties of carrier was achieved by draughty calcinating at 1 400 ℃. Sticky-combined Pt-Sn as a profitable component could be produced by complex dipping as catalyst. It was proven by life tests and aging tests of the catalyst that coking was not the main reason of catalyst deactivation and the catalyst had less agglomeration of Pt granular as well as good stability.
