摘要
以有机锡为催化剂的合成抗氧剂1010工艺为背景,实验研究了温度、压力和搅拌对酯交换反应的影响,得到了最佳的工艺操作条件,研究能为工业生产的优化操作和合理选用搅拌桨型提供依据。
In the background of synthesis of antioxidant 1010 using organo-tin compounds as catalyst in absence of reaction solvent, the main factors, including reaction temperature, reaction pressure and agitation were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were gained. Experiment results would provide a fundamental basis for industrial design and commercial operation.
