摘要
反应器设计已成为光催化水处理的技术关键,设计并制造出了开放式结构的负载膜光催化转筒反应器,具有单位液相体积直接光照面积大,催化剂易于重复使用的特点。以4BS染料溶液为代表物,考察了溶液初始浓度、pH、催化剂负载量、转速及光照度分布等对4BS染料光催化降解的影响。结果表明:该反应器性能优良,在较宽的运行条件下皆能达到较高的染料脱色率,且拥有优于淤浆床光催化反应器的水处理能力。
Design of photo catalytic reactor, as a key technique in wastewater treatment, was studied. An open and rotated tube-shape reactor coated with TiO2 catalyst film had been established and used to treat direct red 4BS dye solutions. The rotated reactor had larger area of illumination per liquid phase volume and catalyst could bereused easily. Effects of initial concentration of solution, pH, catalyst amount, rotated speed, and UV illumination were investigated, experiment results showed that the rotated tube-shape photo-catalytic reactor had good performance in removal of color for 4BS dye waste waters and better experimental results than slurry reactor in treatment capability.
