摘要
通过试验及测试,找出了电泳涂漆型材耐碱性不合格的原因,是由于烘干炉内温度不均匀,某些部位的温度过低造成;介绍了烘干炉的改进措施;确定了适宜的烘干工艺。
The alkali resistance faults of electrodposition coated aluminum profiles are due to non- uniform tempperathme in baking furnae and lower temperature of some positions. The messurements to improve the baking furnace were introduced, and suitable baking process was determined.
