食管心房调搏自动诊断系统临床应用的初步探讨

摘要 目的观察我院研制的食管心房调搏自动诊断系统应用于临床常规窦房结和房室结功能检测的效果。方法对我院门诊和住院患者行食道电生理检查采集的心电信号,分别行手工测定和诊断系统自行测定,分析其相关性。结果诊断系统和手工测定值之间的相关系数:窦房结恢复时间为0.984,校正的窦房结恢复时间为0.964,窦房传导时间为0.940,房室结文氏点为0.984,2∶1点为1.000,房室结和旁道有效不应期为1.000,功能不应期为0.997。结论我们开发的食管心房调搏自动诊断系统性能可靠,诊断符合率高,值得临床进一步推广应用。 AIM To study the clinical result of our self-designed-and-made automatic diagnostic system of transesophageal atrial pacing in the function measurement of sinus-atrium nodes and atrium-ventricular nodes. METHODS Cardiac signals of the patients from both outpatient and hospitalized patients in our hospital were collected and then were measured by hand and by automatic diagnostic system respectively. The correlation between the two measurements was analyzed. RESULTS The correlation coefficient be- tween hand and automatic diagnostic system was 0.984 for SNRT, 0. 984 for CSNRT, 0.94 for SACT, 0. 984 for Wen's point, 1. 000 for ERP and 0.997 for FRP respectively. CONCLUSION The automatic diagnostic system we designed and made has a high diagnostic coincidence rate and can be used clinically.
