通心络胶囊对偏头痛患者CD62P的表达及脑电图的影响

Influence of Tongxinluo capsule on expression of CD62P and electroencephalogram of patients with migraine

目的探讨通心络胶囊对偏头痛患者血浆CD62P的影响及临床疗效。方法38例偏头痛患者作为治疗组,给予通心络胶囊,每次2粒,每天3次,治疗6周。治疗前后采用流式细胞仪检测血浆CD62P水平、并观察脑电图(EEG)变化。同时选择35名门诊健康体检者为对照组。结果治疗组治疗前血浆CD62P水平及EEG异常率明显高于对照组(P均<0.01);治疗后血浆CD62P水平及EEG异常率仍高于对照组(P均<0.05),但明显低于治疗前(P均<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊可以抑制偏头痛患者血小板活化功能的异常,并具有良好的偏头痛疗效。

Objective It is to discuss the influence and clinical curative effect of Tongxinluo capsule on plasma CD62P in patients with migraine. Methods Treatment group which included 38 migraines patients was given Tongxinluo capsule two grains a time and three times a day for six weeks. The plasma CD62P level was detected with flow cytometer before and after treatment, and the electroencephalogram （EEG） change was observed. 35 out-patient clinic health persons were chosen as control group at the same time. Results The plasma CD62P level and EEG abnormity rate in treatment group before treatment were obviously higher than those in control group （P〈 0.01 ）, and those in treatment group after treatment were still higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, but obviously lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can repress the abnormity of blood platelets activate function in migraine patients, has good curative effect on migraine.
