生精方对人精子运动能力影响的研究

Influence study of Shengjing prescription on human sperm motility

目的研究生精方含药血清体对人精子运动能力和受精能力的影响。方法通过人精子与生精方含药血清共培养,观察生精方对人精子运动能力(精子运动CASA分析)、精子爬高试验的影响。结果含药血清加入共培养可显著提高人精子运动速度(精子运动路径速度(VAP)、精子轨迹速度(VCL)、精子前向运动速度(VSL,P均<0.01)、精子头部侧置振幅(ALH)和鞭毛摆动频率(BCF)及前向运动精子密度(P均<0.05)),提高精子爬高试验(P<0.01)。结论生精方具有提高人精子离体质量的作用。

Objective It is to study the influence of medicated serum of Shengjing prescription on human sperm motility and ferti!5.zation ability. Methods Human sperm was co-cultured with Shengjing preseriptlon medicated serum in vitro. Human sperm motility was evaluated with computer assisted semen analysis （CASA） and the sperm move high test. Results The co-cultured Shengjing preseriptlon medicated serum could significantly enhance the sperm motion velocity （VAP, VCL, VSL） （P〈 0,01）, the amplitude of lateral head movement （ALH）, the beat frequency of flagellum （BCF） and the density of sperm progressive motility （P 〈 0.05）, and could enhance the sperm move high test （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shengjing prescription has the aetlon of enhancing human sperm excised quality.
