摘要 11β羟基类固醇脱氢酶1(11βHSD1)在体内主要为还原酶,负责活性的糖皮质激素向其无活性前体的转换,调节局部糖皮质激素浓度,是糖皮质激素受体前调节,并决定糖皮质激素流向其受体而发挥作用。代谢综合征糖皮质激素敏感性增加,11βHSD1调节异常,可能是肥胖、糖耐量低减、高血压和心血管疾病等代谢综合征重要发病机制之一,选择性11βHSD1抑制剂有望成为其治疗靶点。 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11β-HSD1 ) mainly conversesinactive-glucocorticoids to active-glucocoorticoids in local tissue in vivo, and is served as a pre-receptor regulator to decide glucoconicoid to specialreceptors, then causes effects of hormone in tissues. Increased sensitivity and dis regulation of 11β-HSDI in metabolism may be one of the important mechanisms of obesity, sugar intolerance, hypertension and cardiovascular diseacs,etc.selective inhibit or of 11β-HSD1 will be expected to be an effective therapeutic target.
