摘要
染整行业是集纺织材料、化学化工、染料助剂、设备工程等高科技、多学科于一体的工程体系。目前柒整行业正面临着严重的能源危机及环境污染等问题, 而解决这些问题的关键是走企、学、研相结合的道路,尽快将处于实验室研究阶段的高新技术用于工业化生产。
Dyeing and finishing industry is an interdisciplinary system integrating the science and technology of textile materials, chemical, dyes and auxiliaries and equipment engineering. At present, dyeing and finishing industry faces severe energy crisis and environment issues. An important way for solving the problem lies in the cooperation between enterprises, universities and research institutes, so as to shorten the way from lab to practical production. The article introduces 5 new technologies that have been adopted by the dyeing and finishing industry: low-temperature plasma waterless dyeing and finishing technology, supercritical fluid dyeing technology, ultrasonic technology, digital ink-jet printing technology and the technology for processing anionic functional textiles.
