摘要
The target compounds were prepared from thioamides with a series of α-halogenated carbonylate compounds.Ethyl thiazole-5-carboxylate,4-(chloromethyl)-2-isopropylthiazole and 2-isopropyl-ethyl thiazole-5-carboxylate were obtained in yields of 60%,65% and 70% respectively.
