摘要
利用小麦120对Xgwm引物,对96个谷子种质资源材料进行DNA多态性分析,有5对Xgwm引物在谷子上表现多态性,达4.2%,说明小麦部分基因型核苷酸序列与谷子类同。在96个材料中,多态性信息含量PIC值为0.6063-0.8672范围,平均0.7324。5对引物共有的多态性带34条,平均每个引物6.6条,片段长度156-390bp之间。从每个省的材料看,PIC值最高是陕西0.8209,最低是西藏0.572,山东、河北、河南、山西、辽宁、吉林等省介于二者之间。利用NTSYS-pc2.1软件聚类分析,除了13个材料相似系数过小,83个材料共分5个组群,第一组群又划分了5个亚组群,从分组结果看,每组除与地域有关,还与品种的熟期、上籽好坏关系密切。
The study evaluated genetic diversity of 96 millet germplasm resources from different provines by means of SSR primers on wheat. Five pard of primers produced genetic diversity made up 4.2% of 120 primers. The results showed that a partial nucleotide sequence of wheat was same as millet. In 96 millet varieties, PIC ranged from 0.6063 - 0.8672 and the averge was 0.7324. Total 34 loci were identified with an average of 6.6. The DNA longth was 156 - 390bp. In the millet varieties of the provines,the max PIC was 0.8209 from Shaanxi, the min PIC was 0.572 from Xizang. The others were between 01572 and 0.8207. Through clustered by NTSYS - pc2.1, the 83 materials was divided into 5 sections except of 13 materials that the similar cofficient was too small. The first section consisting of 53 materials divided into 5 subtypes. The result indicated flint millet materials of every section were related to not only region but also maturity, setting percentage.
