摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,美国高校学费偏高问题逐渐凸显出来,并成为美国高等教育财政改革的中心议题之一。文章建构了由9个指标组成的高等学校收费评价指标体系,并对美国高校收费作了具体的评价和分析。高校收费偏高对美国高等教育机会均等和高等教育质量产生了严重的负面效应。
The high charge for tuition in colleges and universities in United States since the 1980s becomes a flash point and the main theme of reform of finance in higher education. This paper constructs an evaluation indicator system about tuition in colleges and universities,which includes nine indicators and makes a positive study on the high charge for tuition in colleges and universities in United States. The high charge for tuition in colleges and universities in United States causes negative effects on the equahty of opportunity of higher education and the quality of higher education.
