摘要
国产18Ni(350)马氏体时效钢在温度90℃,UF6压力6.7kPa条件下,其应力腐蚀临界应力场强度因子KSCC值为1013±99N/mm3/2。还给出3种初始应力水平:882,686,490N/mm3/2下其断裂韧性Kc与腐蚀时间t的关系。随t的增加Kc都有下降趋势,皆服从半对数规律。对不同杂质元素含量的马氏体时效钢做了对比试验。结果表明杂质S、C、N含量是影响KSCC的主要因素。如控制在0.002%以下,KSCC可望提高40%。
The critical stress intensity factor K SCC of maraging steel at 90℃ at UF 6 pressure of 6.7 kPa was measured and the relation between fracture toughness K c and exposure time t was established.K C decreased with t. Relation between K C and t conformed to half logarithm law. To find a method improving K SCC of 18Ni (350) maraging steel, contrast stress corrosion tests were made for maraging steel with different impurity contents. Results showed that sulphur impurity contents was a main factor to affect K SCC . The K SCC can also be affected by c C and c N. If c S , c C and c N all are not above 0.002%, K SCC may increase by 40%.
