季辚盐对Al缓蚀作用的研究

摘要 用微分极化电阻和微分电容测量法研究3种季辚盐化合物在1mol·L-1MgCl2溶液中对Al的缓蚀作用及季辚盐分子结构对缓蚀效率的影响。结果表明,季辚盐化合物具有较好的缓蚀作用,链长的季辚盐比链短的缓蚀效率高。季辚盐在Al表面上吸附服从Langmuir吸附等温式,且为物理吸附。 The inhibitive effect of three phosphonium salt compounds on corrosion of aluminum and the effect of their molecular structure on inhibitive efficiency have been studied by using the differential polarization resistance and differential capacitance techniques in 1 mol·L -1 MgCl 2 solution at 25~45℃. The results showed that the three phosphonium salts all could well inhibit the corrosion of aluminum in MgCl 2 solution, and that the inhibitive efficiency of long carbon chain phosphonium salt was higher than that of short carbon chain phosphonium salt. The adsorption of the phosphonium salts followed Langmuir isotherm on the aluminum surface in MgCl 2 solution, and it belonged physical adsorption. Their adsorption thermodynamic functions were calculated. In addition, different possible models of adsorption of BTMPB were put forward.
