摘要
用电化学极化方法研究了Cu含量及溶液pH值对Ti50Ni50-xCux合金在1%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,Cu的加入可显著提高合金的再钝化电位,而对点蚀电位在x<6时则无明显影响。溶液pH值升高时,点蚀电位提高。而再钝化电位则不受pH值影响。
By means of electrochemical method, the effect of Cu concentration on the corrosion resistance of Ti 50 Ni 50 x Cu x alloy in 1% NaCl saline solution has been studied. The results show that the addition of Cu substantially promotes the repassivation potential, but rarely affects the pitting potential when x<6. The pitting potential increases with increasing pH value of the electrolyte, while the repassivation potentials are not affected by pH value. The corrosion current density obtained by weak polarization predicts that the corrosion rates can not be able to be correlated with Cu concentration of the alloy. In addition, the mechanism of the of affects on Cu element the corrosion resistance of TiNiCu alloy has also been discussed.
