模糊综合评价方法在继电器接触可靠性预测中的应用

摘要 触点接触可靠性通常用“可靠”与“不可靠”的两级模糊性语言定性描述。但在对触点性能要求较高的场合,这种描述就不足以反映触点接触的可靠程度。以模糊理论为依据,建立了触点接触可靠性的模糊综合评价模型,实现了触点接触可靠性的多级量化评价。用该模型对触点电接触实例进行评价,能够取得较理想效果。 Generally, the contact reliability of contacts is described qualitatively by bi-level fuzzy language, reliability and fallibility. However, the description is not enough to illuminate the contact reliability degree of contacts on the special occasion for contacts, performance higher than the other. In this paper, the model of fuzzy overall evaluation on contact reliability of contacts is set up based on fuzzy theory. Accordingly, multilevel quantificational evaluation on contact reliability of contacts comes true. By the model, the electrical contact case is evaluated and the reasonable effect is obtained.
