摘要
针对沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA)特有的骨架结构特点,采用蒙特卡罗方法随机生成集料颗粒,并按相容条件进行混合料骨架集成。根据此原理,以VC++为平台,开发出离散球体堆积计算程序,并将该程序应用于SMA16骨架微观结构模拟分析,同时就骨架间隙率、配位数对结构边界约束条件及混合料级配的敏感性问题进行了讨论。结果表明:由计算机模拟的SMA骨架结构与实际情况接近,对集料配合比设计具有参考价值。
Stone matrix asphalt (SMA) is characterised by its coarse aggregate skeleton,which is particle size and grade dependent. While the aggregates can be positioned randomly within the mixture, arrangement of a certain particle is related to those of the surrounding aggregates. To build the skeleton, coarse aggregates generated by Monte Carlo method were filled with the given space according to the rule of compatibility. A computer program of this procedure was developed on the platform of VC+ +, with which micro-structure of SMA16 was simulated and analyzed. Sensitivities of the skeleton porosity and the particle coordination number to the sample boundaries and aggregate grade was also discussed in this paper. The results show that the skeleton of SMA simulated by computer is approach to reality, which provides reference for aggregate proportion.
