摘要 为了适应被压实材料的多样性和强化压实过程,提出了由两个或两个以上的简谐振动复合而成的多频合成振动压实方法,以双频合成振动压实为例,分析了双频合成振动的特点,给出了高频取45~65Hz,低频应与路基压实的要求相适应的取值原则。设计制造了试验样机,对样机工作速度、功率和压实度等进行了测试,完成了性能试验研究。试验结果表明:样机工作性能稳定,与单频振动相比较,在双频振动的各工况下,都有较好的压实质量,证明双频振动压实比单频振动压实具有明显的优越性。 For meeting material multiplicity and strengthening compaction, authors gave out theory of multi-frequency composed vibrating compaction. Directed against double-frequency composed vibrating, it was pointed that high frequency should be 45~65 Hz and low frequency should be fit for roadbed. With the help of a prototype, authors tested velocity, power and compaction degree, as well as properties. Experimental result indicates that double-frequency prototype works well and stably. That double frequency composed vibrating compaction which is better than the single frequency vibrating compaction is proved.
