摘要
目的:研究不同频率电针对荷瘤小鼠脑β-内啡肽(β-EP)的影响,探讨电针治疗癌性疼痛的最佳治疗参数。方法:采用接种S-180肉瘤细胞于小鼠皮下建立肿瘤小鼠模型,用电针仪对荷瘤小鼠耳穴进行不同频率刺激并与正常小鼠对照,用放射免疫分析(RIA)方法检测电针后小鼠脑β-EP含量。结果:(1)正常小鼠脑β-EP含量比荷瘤未电针小鼠低,P<0.05;(2)2Hz、20Hz、100Hz、疏密波4种不同频率电针组小鼠脑β-EP含量与荷瘤未电针小鼠组相比较,P<0.05,疏密波组小鼠脑β-EP含量最高,且与2Hz、20Hz、100Hz 3种固定频率电针组相比较,P<0.05;(3)2Hz、20Hz、100Hz 3种固定频率的电针小鼠脑β-EP含量相互之间P<0.05。结论:(1)荷瘤小鼠脑β-EP含量比正常小鼠脑β-EP含量高;(2)不同频率电针均可增高小鼠脑β-EP含量,疏密波组小鼠脑β-EP含量最高;(3)2Hz、20Hz、100Hz 3组中,随着频率增高小鼠脑β-EP含量逐渐下降。
Objective: To study the effects of electro-acupuncture with different frequency on β-endorphin content of mice with cerebrum sarcoma and discover the best method of treating tumor pain with electro-acupuncture analgesia.Methods: The vaccination of S-180 sarcoma cells in the subcutis of the mice was adopted to set up a sarcoma mice model.The ear points of the test mice were acupunctured with electro-acupuncture and a contrast was made with normal mice.The β-endorphin content of the mice after the test was determined by a radio-immunoassay(RIA).Results: A.The β-EP content of the normal mice group is lower than that of the sarcoma mice group with no electro-acupuncture treatment,(P<0.05).B.When the β-EP content of the test mice with 2Hz,20Hz,100Hz and special frequency is compared with that of the sarcoma mice group with no electro-acupuncture treatment,(P<0.05),the content of the sarcoma group with the special frequency is the highest.C.The β-EP content of the test mice with 2Hz,20Hz,100Hz frequency is(P<0.05).Conclusion: A.The β-EP content of the sarcoma mice is higher than that of the normal mice.B.The use of the different frequency electro-acupuncture may increase the β-EP content of the mice.The β-EP content of the sarcoma group with the special frequency is the highest.C.The β-EP content of the sarcoma mice with 2Hz,20Hz,100Hz frequency may decrease with the increase of the frequency.
