加味复方血脂清的降血脂及抗脂质过氧化实验研究

An Experimental Research on the Lowering of Blood Lipid and Antiliperoxidation of Jia Wei Fu Fang Xue Zhi Qing

目的:探讨加味复方血脂清对实验高脂血症家兔的降脂及抗脂质过氧化作用。方法:将血脂正常家兔40只,随机均分对照组、模型组、预防组和治疗组,各组动物给予不同处理、动态监测各组家兔各时段的血甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)及总抗氧化能力。结果:第6W,模型组动物的血TG、TC、LDL-C及MDA已显著升高,而HDL-C和总抗氧化能力显著降低(P<0.01),第9、12W变化更显著。治疗组动物的血TG、TC、LDL-C及MDA,在第9W时已显著降低,HDL-C及总抗氧化能力升高。预防组动物的各项指标在实验全程中均无显著变化。结论:加味复方血脂清有明显的预防和降低高脂血症及抗脂质过氧化的作用。

Objective: To study the effect of Jia Wei Fu Fang Xue Zhi Qing on the lowing of blood lipid and antiliperoxidation of prototype typerlipemia rabbits.Methods: 40 rabbits with normal blood lipid were divided into a control group,a model group,a preventive group and a test group at random sample.Each group was treated differently and examined dynamically the content of TG,TC,HDL-C and MDA and total anti-oxidation power at different time.Results: In the sixth week,the TG,TC,LDL-C and MDA of the model group obviously increased while HDL-C and the total anti-oxidation power obviously decreased P<0.01.From the ninth to twelfth week,the changes became more obvious.The TG,TC,HDL-C and MDA and the total anti-oxidation power of the test group in the ninth week remarkably decreased while the HDL-C and the total anti-oxidation power increased.Each index of the preventive group showed no obvious changes in the whole experiment.Conclusion: Jia Wei Fu Fang Xue Zhi Qing has an obvious effect of preventing and lowering hyperlidemia and antiliperoxidation.
