草果挥发油对颅痛定的体外经皮渗透的影响

Effects of Volatile Oil of Fructus Tsaoko on the Percutaneous Permeation of Rutondine in Vitro

目的:考察草果挥发油对颅痛定的体外经皮渗透的影响。方法:应用改进的Franz扩散小池进行透皮吸收试验,以紫外分光光度法测定颅痛定含量。结果:50mg.ml-1颅痛定的平均透皮速率(mg.cm-2.h-1)为0.03320,50mg.ml-1颅痛定+3%草果挥发油为0.04529,50mg.ml-1颅痛定+3%氮酮为0.05981。结论:草果挥发油使颅痛定的体外透皮速率在数值上有一定增加。

Objective: To investigate the effects of volatile oil of Fructus Tsaoko on the percutaneous permeation of Rutondine in vitro.Methods: A test of permeation observation by an improved Franz diffusion cells was conducted and the content of Rutondine was detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results: The average rate of the permeation(mg·cm^(2)·h^(-1)) of 50mg·ml^(-1) Rutondine was 0.03320;(50mg·ml^(-1)) Rutondine plus 3% of volatile oil of Fructus Tsaoko was 0.04529;50mg·ml^(-1) Rutondine plus 3% of azotic kenote was 0.05981.Conclusion: The volatile oil of Fructus Tsaoko can increase the permeation rate of Rutondine in vitro.
