Necessity and Features of Establishing New Forestry Great Circulation Strategy in China

目前在我国构建新的以生态环境建设为主体的林业大流通战略势在必行。林业大流通战略不仅是建立面向21世纪以生态环境建设为主体的新林业发展总战略的必然要求,也是建立市场经济体制的客观需要, 更是满足人类对森林生态需求和社会需求的必然选择。在分析林业大流通基本内涵的基础上,论述了建立新的以生态环境建设为主体的林业大流通的必然性,并对林业大流通的主要特征进行了新的概括。

At present, the strategy of constructing great forestry circulation focused on ecological environment is imperative in our country, It＇s not only the necessity to establish new general forestry developmental strategy facing the 21st century with ecological environment construction as the main part, but also the objective requirement to construct the marketing economic system, especially the necessary choice to satisfy the need of mankind for the forest ecosystem and social needs. Based on the basic connotation of new forestry great circulation, the author expounds the necessity of implementing the strategy centering on ecological environment construction and explains the fundamental features of great foresting circulation in a new way.
