糖网欣I号治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效观察

Eficiency observation of Tongwang Xing I for diabetic retinopathy

目的:观察糖网欣Ⅰ号方对肝肾阴虚单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的疗效。方法:将60例(116只眼)单纯型DR患者随机分为观察组32例(60只眼)和对照组28例(56只眼)。观察组用糖网欣I号方,对照组用六味地黄丸。于治疗前后进行视力、眼底情况、中医证候、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血液流变学检查。统计学处理采用t检验及x2检验。结果:观察组32例(60只眼),视力提高总有效率为71.67%,眼底好转有效率为63.33%,中医证候好转有效率为85.26%,显著高于对照组相应指标(44.64%、25.00%、66.93%),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组还可显著改善患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血液流变学异常。结论:糖网欣I号治疗肝肾阴虚单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变具有一定疗效。

Obiective： to investigate the clinical Tangwangxing Ⅰ eficiency of the liver- yin and kidney- yin type of simple diabetic retinopathy（SDR）. Methods：60 SDR patients （116 eyes） were randomlydivided into two groups. 32 patients （60 eyes） in observed group were givan the Tangwangxin and 28 patignts （56 eyes） in control group were given Liuweidihuangwan. The visual acuity （VA）, findings in retina, syndromes, fasting blood glucose, HbAlc, blood liquid and hemorheilogy were detected and staristically analyzed by t- test and x^2 - test. Results： The total effective rate of VA, findings in retna, syndromes in observed group was respectively 71.67 %, 63.33 % and 85.26 % significantly higher than those in control group （44.64 %, 25.00 %, 66.93 %, respectively）. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The blood glucose, HbAlc and hemorheology were improved in observed group. Conclusion： Tangwangxin Ⅰ is effective in treatment of deficiency of the liver - yin and kidney - yin type of SDR.
