摘要
随着企业竞争的日益激烈,人力资源真正成为企业的战略性资源,企业开始从战略的角度考虑人力资源管理问题。战略性人力资源管理的实施有利于促进企业经营效益的提高、推动企业人力资本扩展、指导人力资源管理实践,并使企业获取持续竞争优势。实施战略性人力资源管理必须进行企业战略的匹配与整合以及企业文化的整合,同时也要坚持双层双元原则。
Human resource has become a strategic resource in an enterprise along with the increasingly intense market competition. More and more corporations have looked upon human resource management as a strategic factor. It is favorable for enterprise to implement strategic human resource management, which can improve efficiency, enlarge human resource, guide practical management and make enterprise obtain more competitive advantages. When strategic human resource management is effectively put in practice, it should be parelle with other. Enterprise stratagems and cultures, and follow the priciple of common boostering of both enterprise and staff.
