The Method of Extracting and Purifing Genome DNA of a Catfish in the Yellow River

从鲶肌肉、肝、肾、血中提取基因组DNA。经过0．8％琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测，DNA带型整齐。紫外分光光度仪测定基因组DNA的D260 nm/D280 nm达1．77—1．82，证明所提取基因组DNA质量较好，可用作聚合酶链式反应（PCR）的模板所需。

Genome DNA of a special catfish in the Yellow River were extracted from the catfish musculature, liver, kidney and blood respectively. After electrophoresis in 0.8% agarose gelatin, the integrity of the purified DNA was determined. The D260nm/D280 nmof genome DNA was 1.77 -1. 82, which was inspected by UV-Spectrophotometer. This meant the DNA band was regular, so it was eligible to be used as a template for PCR.
