摘要
用超细TiO2紫外光催化氧化降解反应将对硝基苯酚中的氮完全转化为硝酸盐氮,再利用硫酸肼还原、NEDD分光光度法进行定量测定。研究发现静态吸附时间为1 h、TiO2的用量为0.6 g/L、pH值为3.0时,对硝基苯酚降解效果最好,对硝基苯酚的检出限达0.478μg/mL。
A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of p-nitrophenol was proposed. It was based upon the fact that the nitrogen of p-nitrophenol is completely converted into a form of nitrate by the action of photocatalytic oxidation of uhrafine titanium dioxide (TiO2 ), which is further color-developed with hydrazine sulfate and NEDD. It was found that the photocatalytic degradation rate time, of p-nitrophenol 0. 6 g/L of amount of TiO2 and 3.0 of pH. The limit is optimal with 1h of static adsorption of detection (LOD) for p-nitrophenol with the method proposed is 0. 478μg/mL.
