1984~2003年我国主要期刊发表的有关临床病理讨论论文浅析

Analysis of the Papers on Clinical Pathological Conference Published on Mainland Major Medical Periodicals from 1984 to 2003

目的：了解近20年国内主要医学期刊发表的临床病理讨论（CPC）文章数量变化情况及同期北京大学医学部2所大医院死亡病例尸体解剖检查（尸检）的情况。方法：通过手工检索1984-2003年中华医学杂志等10种中华杂志上发表的临床尸检讨论文章，对涉及的病种以及同期北京大学医学部2所医院病理科完成的内科系统尸检病例数进行了统计分析。结果：资料显示近20年国内CPC文章数量和大医院尸检率，特别是1996年以后均明显下降。结论：医院尸检率下降将会影响医学的发展和临床的诊断水平的提高，应尽快解决。

Objective：To understand the changes in the number of the papers on clinical pathological conference（CPC） published on mainland major medical periodicals and the rates of autopsy in the two teaching hospitals with Beijing University during the past 20year period.Methods：Manual retrieval procedure was conducted over the papers on CPC published in ten major medical periodicals including Chinese Journal of Medicine between 1984 and 2003.And illness entities and the cases of autopsy in internal medicine performed by the two teaching hospitals with Peking University were statistically analyzed.Results：The statistical data showed that there had been a sharp decline in the number of the papers and the rates of autopsy in the two hospitals over the last two decades,especially since 1996.Conclusions：Obviously,decline in the rate of autopsy would affect the development of medical science and the improvement of clinical diagnosis.Therefore,some strong measures should be taken to solve this problem as soon as possible.
