摘要
为研究PVC与食品的相互关系,增塑剂是首要考虑的。应用编程对迁移进行了动力学研究,考虑了时间、温度、模拟食品属性、增塑剂初始浓度等参数的影响。得出增塑剂的迁移受温度和食品属性的影响很大,初始浓度决定了增塑剂迁移到模拟食品的量。
The purpose of this research is to study the interactions between PVC and food. Plastieizers in PVC film were first considered. Kinetic studies of their specific migration had been carried out by using programme. The influence of various parameters such as temperature, nature of food stimulant and initial concentration of plasticizer was studied. It was concluded that temperature and nature of food stimulant largely influence the migration of plasticizers and initial concentration determines the migration quantity of plasticizer.
