新近2-型糖尿病强化治疗的研究

目的探讨对新近发现的2-型糖尿病进行强化治疗后,来改善他们预后的可行性。方法对58例新近2-型糖尿病病人随机分成两组,治疗组给予短效胰岛素分次皮下注射使空腹及餐后2小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白在正常范围,维持1个月后停胰岛素改口服降糖药。观察组开始即用降糖药治疗,1个月后使血糖的结果也在正常范围。观察两组6年来预后情况。结果两组有显著差异性(P<0.05)。经过强化治疗的2-型糖尿病无论在血糖控制和服药的剂量及并发症都优于观察对照组。结论对新近2-型糖尿病进行强化治疗能明显改善病人的预后。建议对空腹血糖明显升高的新近2-型糖尿病患者应首先给予胰岛素强化治疗。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of intensive treatment for the new-type-2 diabetes to improve the patients＇ prognosis. Method 58 patients with new-type-2 diabetes were divided randomly into two groups. In the treatment group the patients were given subcutaneous injection of shortacting insulin several times to keep blood sugar and Ghb on fasting and two hours after meal within the normal scope, after one month they were given oral hypoglycemic agents instead of insulin. In the observation group the patients were started on oral hypoglycemic agents, one month later the result of blood sugar was also in the normal range. Observe the prognosis of two groups in 6 years. Result There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. The new 2-type diabetes having intensive treatment was better than the observation group in blood sugar control and the medicine dosage and complication. Conclusion To give intensive treatment to the new-type-2 diabetes can improve the patients＇ prognosis. It is recommended that the patients with new-type-2 diabetes whose blood-fasting sugar is higher be given insulin intensive treatment.
