摘要
根据雷达结构设计中的一些典型实例,介绍了波导的联接方式和电缆密封装置的结构型式以及它们的特点和应用场合。针对波导的三种联接方式,用极大极小法对波导法兰的定位误差进行了计算。结果表明:与第一种国家标准上有规定的联接方式比较,后两种适用于波导快速装卸的联接方式,其定位精度较高,能满足电性能要求。
The connection methods of waveguide, structure types of cable sealing device and their features and application fields are introduced through of some typical examples in radar structure design in this paper. For three connection methods of waveguide, the positioning error of waveguide flange is calculated by minimax method. The results indicate that compared with first connection method specified in national standard, the positioning accuracy of other two connection method applied to quick fulfill electric performance requirement. loading and unloading is higher, and it can
