According to the characteristics of technological process at the this paper suggests that the verification should be included in the working stage of engineering development, procedure of technological regulation, so as to determine the item to be controlled and the method of control. This paper also suggests how to describe various methods of control in the technological regulation and how to satisfy the requirement of traceability, and control the experimental process in technological process. It would build a foundation for valid quality control at the stage of engineering development stage, and create a condition for finalizing the technology and the manufacturing.
