杂多酸H_3PW_(12)O_(40)·6H_2O催化合成甲酸异戊酯

摘要 利用杂多酸H3PW12O40.6H2O为催化剂,对以甲酸和异戊醇为原料合成甲酸异戊酯的反应条件进行了研究。讨论了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明:此催化剂不仅能减少对生产设备的腐蚀,而且具有很好的催化活性。合成反应的最优化条件为:醇酸摩尔比为2.0∶1,催化剂用量为2.5 g,反应时间2.5 h,酯收率可达87.9%。 Using heteropoly acid H3PW12O40·6H2O as catalyst, the reaction conditions of synthesizing Isoamyl formate from methane acid and isoamyl alcohol were studied, many factors influencing yield were discussed. The result showed that the best conditions were as follow: molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 2:1, usage of catalyst was 2.5 g, reaction time was 2.5 h. under this condition, the yield of Isoamyl formate reached 87.9 %.
