摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐和乙醇胺等为原料,经保护、取代、缩合、水解以及成盐,合成了苯磺酸氨氯地平,总收率可达31.3%(以邻苯二甲酸酐计),此工艺路线原料易得,具有非常大的工业化价值。
Amlodipine Besylate was synthesized by protect, replace, condensation, hydrolysis and saliflcation from phthalic anhydride and monoethanol amine. The overall yield of amlodipine besylate was 31.3 % (based on phthalic anhydride),the raw stuff of this route is abundant and this method is adapt to industrialization.
