摘要
基于在浓盐酸介质中,二价铅离子所形成的PbCl4^2-在紫外光的照射下发蓝色荧光的原理,建立利用荧光测水样中微量铅的方法。该方法线性范围为0.03-2.00μg/m,检出限为9.1×10^-3μg/mL,用于水样中微量铅的测定,加标回收率为92.8%-100.3%。
Pb^2+ in concentrated HCl solution formed PbCI4^2- and showed fluorescence after being excited by UV. Based on this, a Fluofimetrie method for determination of trace lead in water samples was established .The line range for the determination of lead was 0.03 - 2.00 μg/mL, with the determination limit of 9.1 × 10^-3μg/mL. The method was applied to determine micro lead in water samples, the recovery was 92.8 % - 100.3 % .
